Goals
- Client is operating an international payment institute with a small team of experts
- Within an internal evaluation it was identified that not all regulatory requirements for IT-systems are met due to resource and quality gaps
- The client requested outsourcing to an experienced and approved outsourcing partner to receive a high level of quality
- The required processes are to be developed based on an initial gap analysis and a subsequent implementation of the identified gaps
Tasks
- Creation of analyses and reports
- Control of internal processes and outsourcing partners
- Development of a uniform documentation system and continuous updating
- Further development of the payment compliance regulations guidelines, processes and reports
- Contact person for all internal and external stakeholders, including relevant authorities (e.g. BaFin)
